To ensure a smooth and hassle-free experience, it is essential to fill out the “pre-contact letter” before your arrival. This document streamlines the check-in process and ensures that all your preferences and special needs are taken care of. We recommend completing the pre-contact letter well in advance so that your stay is perfect from the moment you arrive. 

Parks with and without reservations, what’s the difference? 

At Grupo Xcaret, some parks require advance reservations due to transportation logistics to them. On one hand, Xcaret, Xplor, and Xplor Fuego do not require reservations, but it’s important to note that these are our most visited parks. On the other hand, Xenses, Xoximilco, Xavage, and Xel-Há do require reservations. By making them in advance, you ensure your entry and can better plan your time. 

Day 1: Welcome and Adventure for all senses 
  • Arrival at Cancun airport: Enjoy our luxurious and exclusive transfer service to Hotel Xcaret Arte. 
  • Welcome at the hotel: Receive an ice popsicle and a cold towel upon arrival, perfect for freshening up after your journey. 
  • Check-in: Get checked in while you enjoy the lobby views. 
  • Concierge welcome: Meet your personal concierge, who will introduce you to all the activities, provide you with a welcome kit, and help you make reservations for tours like Xel-Há, Xoximilco, Xichén, and Tulum. Don’t forget to ask about using the Apple TV to view your photos and reservation schedules.
