Thus, before you arrive at the Hotels by Grupo Xcaret, your Pre-Arrival team at México Destination Club will send you an email with a warm welcome for your next stay, which includes the Wishlist, a tool to customize your experience and provide detailed information. 

The email will arrive on the first day of the month before your visit, with an attached form called “Pre-arrival questionnaire,” which asks for crucial information about your trip, such as: 

· Flight information about your arrival and departure to secure the transportation that will take you from the airport to the hotel and vice versa. 

This information is especially relevant for guests at La Casa de la Playa, as private and exclusive transportation is scheduled. 

· Bookings for restaurants at the hotel that require a reservation, such as Tah-Xido, Encanta, or Kibi-Kibi, among others. 

· Bookings for parks far away from the Hotels by Grupo Xcaret, such as Xel-Há and Xoximilco, or tours with limited capacity, like Xichén Deluxe. 

· Special celebrations so we can prepare a unique detail or a memorable surprise. 

· Requests for special needs, such as babysitter services, cradles, or additional beds.
