Strictly following the new 360° Xafety measures and protocols, in Grupo Xcaret we have successfully taken the next steps in our phased reopenings, having reactivated almost all of our All-Fun Inclusive® offer, unique in Mexico and the world. Up to this moment, the operating Parks are Xcaret, Xel-Há, Xplor, Xenses, Xoximilco and the Xenotes tour, in the next days and schedules:
Xcaret – Monday – Saturday – 8:30 am to 10:30 pm
Xel-Há – Tuesday – Sunday – 8:30 am to 6:00 pm
Xplor – Monday – Saturday – 9:00 am to 5:00 pm
Xenses – Monday – Saturday – 8:30 am to 7:00 pm
Xoximilco – Monday, Thursday, Friday and Saturday – 7:15 pm to 12:00 am
Xenotes – Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday and Friday – Transportation at 8:00 am and 10:00 am. Approximate duration: 6 hours
Our archaeological tours, such as Xichén, Cobá and Tulum will remain paused until the government regulations allow archaeological sites to reopen, having an estimate reopening date for December 1.
Finally, activities both in Xavage and Xplor Fuego Parks are still suspended until further notice. .
360° Xafety measures at our Parks and Tours
As part of our 360° Xafety protocols, we welcome every guest, member or visitor with clear instructions about the distance that should be taken, as well as hand sanitizer and shoe cleaning. All the objects that will be handed to you are already sanitized, such as bracelets, cards, ID’s and more.
Even though the use of a face mask in our Parks is not mandatory, it is strongly recommended. In this case, you may wear one of your own, acquire one in our shops – where you enjoy a 25% discount – or get a disposable mask for free in our ticket booths.
Although some activities are still restricted for hygiene protocols, our Parks have big and spacious outdoor areas where you may take a safe social distance from the rest of the people.
