México Destination Club was awarded by RCI
On May 2019, Hotel Xcaret México and México Destination Club were awarded by RCI with the Gold Crown Award for their excellence in service.
With a very emotive ceremony, RCI’s representants rewarded México Destination Club and Hotel Xcaret México for the excellent service given to RCI’s members during their accommodations at the hotel.

RCI Gold Crown Award
The winners of this highest quality and extraordinary service award are rated on five categories: Check-In and Checkout process, Hospitality, Maintenance of the Hotel, Maintenance of the Units and Cleanliness of the units (rooms).
It is the members of RCI who, through a survey and based on their accommodation experience, evaluate the resorts affiliated with RCI. We are very proud to be honored with the high rating obtained during the last 12 months.
RCI All-Inclusive Resort
On the same ceremony, we also received the All-Inclusive Resort Award, which recognizes the excellence in service and the quality hotels with an All-Inclusive program, which in our case is the All-Fun Inclusive.
Just like the RCI Gold Crown Award, this award is based on the surveys filled by RCI guests with the same five rating categories, which consider 80% on Food & Beverage, 80% on the All-Inclusive concept and a 4-star rating on TripAdvisor.
What does RCI’s recognition mean?
RCI created these awards to highlight hotels and affiliated complexes that have proven a continuous commitment with quality and guest satisfaction, and that have met or exceeded the required standards during a period of 12 months.
