In order to provide a more direct, straightforward, and accessible communication, México Destination Club continues to innovate in its customer service approach for both new and existing members. This includes the introduction of two new channels: a web chat within the members’ community and a new WhatsApp channel. 

To access the web chat, you’ll need to log in with your username and password on the México Destination Club’s official members’ community and locate the option in the main menu. 

Additionally, we’ve launched the official WhatsApp channel, a dedicated business account always ready to receive your questions and comments. 

These channels won’t initiate a conversation with you but will be available 24/7 to address your queries. Please verify the WhatsApp number using the contact information available in the official members’ community.
